Scott Shepherd, Managing Member

Henley West was born and raised in Jackson, Wyoming. Her lifelong love is alpine ski racing. She began skiing at 2 and fell in love with racing at the age of 6; she still races to this day in an adult league.
Henley graduated from The Lowell Whiteman School in 2003 and moved to Missoula, Montana for college. She received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Montana in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management and a Certificate in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management. Additionally, she received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Colorado State University. 
Henley, and her husband Casey, have two girls, Madison, and Alicia. They moved back to Jackson in 2013 to be closer to family, and to enjoy the outdoors.
Henley has been with the company since 2014 and is currently the Chief Operating Officer. She oversees all daily operations, as well as handles all bookkeeping for the businesses. Additionally, she is licensed as an Associate Broker in real estate in both Wyoming and Idaho.

Casey West was born and raised in Twisp, Washington, on the eastern front of the northern Rockies. His life in this small mountain town led to a life as an avid outdoorsman, enjoying hunting, fishing, snowboarding, and riding snow machines. Casey also did some work in construction work while living in Twisp.
Casey started working as a carpenter with Summit Crest Construction in 2013 and has been with the company ever since. Through the years Casey has come to master all the non-licensed trades and has developed keen skills as a project manager. He is a nationally and locally licensed general contractor and has developed strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors in all of the construction trades.
Casey attended Eastern Washington University in Cheney, Washington, where he studied wildlife biology, before joining the U.S. Marines in 2006. He rose to the rank of Sergeant and became a tank commander before retiring after six years of active duty.
Casey, and his wife Henley, were married in 2009 and have two girls, Madison, and Alicia. They moved back to Jackson in 2013 to be closer to family, and to enjoy the outdoors.

Tony Luevano, Superintendent

Tony Luevano was raised in Los Angeles, California, after moving from Mexico as a young man. Tony began working in construction in 1998 in California, then moved to Salt Lake City in 2002, where he started working with the metal framing carpenters union. Additionally, he formed his own construction company working in a broad range of trades, including carpentry, tile work, excavation, foundations, drywall and finish carpentry. Tony is a licensed general contractor in Utah and started working as a subcontractor with Summit Crest Construction in 2012. Tony joined the Summit Crest Construction team as the full-time superintendent in 2020.
